Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC gets IFSCA nod to carry out portfolio management services in GIFT City
The company's move to set up new unit at the Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City) is a strategic step towards growth of its international business to expand its reach and service global clients, including NRIs for investing in India, the asset management firm said in a statement.
Kotak Bank signs MoU with GIFT SEZ for boosting financial services ecosystem at IFSCAccording to the MoU, one area of focus will be to ease market access and cross border activities for the fund management community. Both entities will jointly work on promoting the GIFT IFSC jurisdiction for AIF fund structures, holding seminars and knowledge series, ease of doing business, expansion of financial infrastructure including the custodian activities like setting up of Global Custody services.
