For 77-year-old Parekh, who joined HDFC as a 33-year-old in 1978 and built it as India's largest private-sector housing finance company, the merger marks the culmination of a journey that began by democratising access to formal credit at a time it was considered a rare privilege.
Appoint Bipin Kabra as CFO, NCLT directs RattanIndia Finance"Respondent No 1 (RattanIndia Finance) shall issue an appropriate order appointing Bipin Kabra as CFO of the company," said the bench presided by judicial member BV Balram Das in its order of March 29. "Bipin Kabra, after being appointed as CFO, shall disclose all particulars about his concern and interests in any other company or companies."
